Moon & Filigree – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Moon and Filigree, Inc., we take great care in presenting each piece with accurate descriptions and detailed imagery. Our goal is to ensure you have complete confidence in your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we aim to keep the process fair and transparent.

Eligibility

We accept returns on U.S. orders only.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition
  • All original packaging and materials must be included where applicable

Orders shipped outside the United States are final sale and not eligible for return.

Mail-In Returns

If you are returning an item by mail:

  • The item must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery
  • You must share tracking information once the return is shipped
  • The return shipment must include insurance equal to the full purchase value

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

In-Store Returns (Oak Park, Illinois)

You may also return items directly to our storefront:

  • Returns must be made within 5 days of purchase
  • Items must be brought to our Oak Park, Illinois location
  • You must provide your order details for proper processing

Shipping & Fees

We sometimes offer promotional free shipping on orders. However, in the event of a return:

  • A $14.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
    This covers a portion of the original shipping and handling costs associated with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may not be accepted
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
